Sign in to SchoolDay Connect with your email and password
Sign in to your SchoolDay Vendor Admin account through Connect using your email address and password.
Requirements
- Your vendor email address and password
- A phone to receive SMS verification codes
Procedure

Go to https://connect.gg4l.com/.

Enter your email address and select Continue. SchoolDay remembers your role from your last sign-in.

Enter your password and click Sign in.

Verify your identity by entering the SMS code within 60 seconds. If the code expires, use the secondary code sent to your email.

If this is your first sign-in, SchoolDay prompts you to set up SMS verification for future sign-ins. Save your recovery codes in a safe place. You'll need them if you lose access to your phone.

Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| SMS code not received | The code didn't arrive within 60 seconds. | Request a new code. SchoolDay sends a backup code to your email — enter it within 60 seconds. |
| SMS code expired | You took longer than 60 seconds to enter the code. | Wait for a new code and enter it. |
| Locked out of MFA | Lost access to your phone and don't have recovery codes. | Contact your account manager to reset verification on your account. |
