Change basic app information

Customize how your app will be displayed at the Application Gallery by updating its name, description, and website.

Important

To add a logo for your application please contact [email protected] and provide your logo. Size of the image must be 256х256 pixels. Valid image formats are PNG and JPG.

1. Sign in to School Passport.
2. Create a new app or open an existing one.
3. Go to the Application Settings.
4. Go to the Basics tab.

5. Use the following table to edit basic app information.

   Field	Description
   Application name	Enter a unique name for the app.
   Description	Type a short description of what the app is or does.
   Website	Enter a link for your official website.
   Category	Choose categories, that align with your app.
   Privacy Policy Document	Upload a PDF document from your computer, paste the URL, or use the built-in document editor to create it. Privacy Policy is reviewed by District Admin before app activation.
   Allow Auto Approve of Data Sync Consents	Select if you want to enable automatic approval of data-sharing requests sent by districts. Otherwise, one of the account admins will need to manually accept or reject district requests.

6. Click Save.
